How did you spend your last weekend? Today time for another character, showing the winner with imbalanced pillars of success. Since today you will meet more severe cases, where more than two pillars are missing or nearly absent, while one is dominant and influences the character’s behavior. Let’s start from a similar case to the first hero – The Adventurer. However, very soon, you will see the difference.
Do you know the “straw enthusiasm” expression? This is the main feature of today’s hero. Therefore, let’s name him “The Spark”. In case of The Adventurer, during struggling and wandering, the character was able to find his way – because of his positive thinking ans some kind of inner strength. The Spark acts in more chaotic way.
As you can see on the chart, he or she is dominated by action. However, his performance has no purpose and is not controlled. He also could be called The Fire’s Potential. As you know, a spark can ignite a disastrous fire, but it can also die when the wind is too strong or it is too cold.
The Spark behaves in similar way. He or she has an enormous potential and instantly burns, when the right fuel appears. It may be something alluring or just other people’s influence. Hence, The Spark is very vulnerable to the external impact – both in case of starting the fire and dying. It is enough to meet a new fashion trend, a new product – and The spark will instantly take advantage. This kind of person is always available, has difficulty with saying “No” – if the other party can sell the proposal in the smart way. But…
On the other hand, his kind of people is bored discouraged and mislead very easily. Then the products will be abandoned without a single word, he will dump his job or change his partner. He is also more prone to depression, especially when seeing, who disastrous are his reckless decisions.
Now imagine how The spark will act on the way to his greatest victory. He or she will probably need much fuel and external stimula, placed in the right spots of the pathway. More than that, he also would need the proper amount of extinguishers, wisely chosen, in order not to kill the fire. Because if you extinguish the fire, it is your task to set it again, The fire can catch itself but then it will be disastrous. You can wait for ages to have the auspicious circumstances for starting the fire.
Thus, in short, The spark is like a little kid, spontaneous and vivid, but unable to fight with challenges himself – and having no vision where he is going. Yet never criticize totally The Spark. We need enthusiasm and creativity that he is gifted with. Remember that the fire is very creative in order to find new space, before burning in full. Look at flicking flames, before they rise

One reason of being The spark is just remaining on the childhood level of emotional and personal development. But it is never too late for the full grow up and living your life to the fullest.
