Just coming back from weekend, I have checked my mailbox. After reading one message I got shocked. I was just awkward with the course of events for some days, while taking an action is so desirable. Every day might decide. For the frist time I was so concerned about one thing.
How much freedom dlo you really have? Is the end of fair play inevitable and cannot be saved? One of the scenario might lead to the stage that the stronger has all the tools to crush the weakr. I wouldn’t like to deal with politics, I’m trying to keep this blog neutral. You can agree or disagree with the idea presented today.
But what is going on and is being planned may lead to unfair game – whatever it means. Money might decide who is right and who is a criminal – just because the more influecial will create the new rules. It is not only about the law, it is about the way the law is executed and who is entitled to define the potential crime.
Imagine that you are sued out of the blue, with no right to appeal. You have always been a law abidnig citzen, you wher even up-to-date with the latest legislation… Morever, imagine even the worse scenario: that you cannot check the updates, possibly making you a criminal. – They also might be ambiguous and so frequent that interpretation is like survival in the jungle.
